Just as South Middelton Township is a part of the Cumberland County, our townhomes community is a part of a larger entity, The Stonehedge II Planned Community. It is shown within the red border in the map below.
The Planned Community is administered by the Stonehedge II Planned Community Association (PCA), the townhomes are administered by the Stonehedge II Townhomes Homeowners’ Association (HOA). Each organization has its own set of governing documents, both are managed by Community Asset Management (CAM).
