Louie Hishmeh
Rand Nikoloff
Louie spent over 41 years as a tractor trailer driver for the US Postal Service. He & Lydia brought their home in 2010 and moved in 2016. Louie has served on the board since 2017, and is currently the Association’s Treasurer
Rand is a native of Steelton, who worked in the Court system of Mercer County for 43 years. He and Allyson moved back to Central, PA in 2020. They are happy to live in our community, close to his son’s family which includes 3 grandchildren.

Aaron Hurwitz
Kathy is a retired special education teacher. She moved back to the Carlisle area in 2016 and has enjoyed living in the Stonehedge Townhome community. She currently serves as vice-president of the homeowners’ association.
Debi currently serves as Health Professions Advisor and Career Pathways Advisor for Health Professions & Life Sciences at Dickinson College. Debi has served the Stonehedge community as a board member and Secretary since 2018. She and her puppy, Snickerdoodle, are happy to be residents of the community.
Aaron served over thirty-five years as a Social Studies teacher and counselor at Carlisle High School. He and Alice have lived in the Stonehedge II Townhomes since 2013. Aaron serves as President of our Homeowners’ Association.
