Declaration:

A homeowners' association (HOA) declaration is a legal document that establishes the rules and guidelines for a residential community governed by an HOA.  Our Declaration was recorded with the Cumberland County Courts in May of 2007.  It has been amended three times.  Follow these links to read the Declaration and the Amendments.
